Andrew Green
Associate Attorney
Andrew Green is an associate attorney at John Pierce Law, P.C., where he represents clients in complex litigation across state and federal courts. During his final year at the University of Miami School of Law, Andrew served on the executive board of the Race & Social Justice Law Review and gained hands-on courtroom experience as a Certified Legal Intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, handling misdemeanor trials and representing clients in the jails division.
Before joining the firm, Andrew worked as a Summer Associate as Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., gaining experience in securities litigation and insurance defense. He then joined John Pierce Law, P.C., serving as a law clerk for nine months, where he assisted in preparing cases for trial and appeal.
In a short time as an associate attorney, Andrew has already achieved significant results, including securing a $1.4 million judgment in a New York wrongful death bench trial, prevailing on half of the claims in a federal jury trial in South Dakota, and delivering oral arguments before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Ninth Circuits.
Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in Law and Society from Western New England University, where he was named Honor Graduate in Law and Society and served as captain of the NCAA Men’s Ice Hockey Team. He also played professional ice hockey in France and is proficient in French.
Outside the courtroom, Andrew enjoys ice hockey, fantasy football, and staying active.
